Daycare Alternative’s in Gerrards Cross and High Wycombe

Here at JS Pet Services, we offer Adventure Days, as a premium alternative to daycares.

Our Adventure Days are available in three carefully structured options to suit you and your dog’s needs, varying from 3 hours to 6.5 hours. 

 

Each Adventure Day takes place across approximately 10 acres of beautiful private and public farmland, giving dogs the freedom to explore, decompress, sniff, hike and move naturally in a varied and enriching environment. We have access to a fully enclosed 3 acre private park, offering safe off lead freedom, particularly valuable for dogs who are still developing reliable recall. In addition, our private barn allows us to run engaging scent detection games and structured enrichment activities, ensuring every dog receives both physical and mental stimulation throughout the day.

 

Our groups are intentionally small and consistent. We work with a limited number of dogs and maintain the same carefully matched groups each week, allowing genuine bonds to form between myself and the dogs, and between the dogs themselves. This consistency creates a calm, structured environment where every dog feels secure, understood and able to thrive.

 

With a professional background in canine behaviour and dog training, each day is thoughtfully designed rather than simply supervised. We incorporate recall work, impulse control, neutrality around other dogs and calm coexistence, helping dogs develop into well mannered, confident members of the JS Pet Services family. With access to water for safe play and cooling off, and plenty of structured downtime built in, every dog returns home physically satisfied and mentally content.
